Refund and Returns Policy - Curiosity Untamed Store

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All badges, both pins and magnets, are exempt from being returned or exchanged as these are made to order.

All branded apparel and gift items are exempt from being returned or exchanged as these are made to order.

Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns

To request a return, please contact kerry@curiosityuntamed.com for instructions. Vests, lapel pins, patches, tabs and ribbons can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition.

Badges, clearance items, branded apparel and branded gift items may not be returned as these are made to order.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, if it is found to be in new, unused condition we will issue a refund minus shipping charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Funds usually take 3-7 days to apply back to your account depending on the policies of your payment method.

Exchanges

We happily exchange items if a wrong size vest or age level kit is purchased. Buyer pays for all shipping to return the original purchase as well as to ship the exchange. Badges, clearance items, branded apparel and branded gift items are not exchangeable as these are made to order.
