Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

All badges, both pins and magnets, are exempt from being returned or exchanged as these are made to order.

Clearance items may not be returned.


To request a return, please contact for instructions. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition. Badges and clearance items may not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, if it is found to be in new, unused condition we will issue a refund minus shipping charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Funds usually take 3-7 days to apply back to your account depending on the policies of your payment method.


We happily exchange items if a wrong size or age level is purchased. Buyer pays for all shipping to return the original purchase as well as to ship the exchange. Badges are not exchangeable.
