Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are shipped within the United States and to Canada only.

Many of the items in the Curiosity Untamed Store are made to order, so please allow enough time for both processing and shipping when placing your order. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your items, especially if they are needed for a meeting, ceremony, event, or other specific date.

Badge Orders

All badges are made to order. Most badge orders are made and ready to ship within one week, but processing times vary depending on the time of year and the number of orders being received. During busy seasons, processing may take longer.

Most orders arrive well within three weeks, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you need badges by a particular date, please include a note with your order and email kerry@curiosityuntamed.com. We will do our best to accommodate your deadline whenever possible.

Vests, Accessories & Awards

Vests, accessories, and awards generally ship within 7 days of receiving an order. We do our best to keep adequate stock on hand, but occasionally an item may be backordered. Depending on the item, a backorder may delay shipment by approximately 2–3 weeks.

If an item is backordered, you may choose to have the available items shipped immediately and the backordered items shipped separately when they become available, or you may wait and have the entire order shipped together. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items that are shipped separately.

Branded Apparel & Gift Items

Branded apparel and gift items are made to order by Printful and shipped directly from their facilities. Most orders are received within two weeks, but we recommend allowing at least three weeks for delivery.

Because production and shipping are handled by Printful, we cannot offer rush shipping on these items. Branded apparel and gift items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you purchase products shipped directly by Curiosity Untamed along with apparel or gift items fulfilled by Printful, your order will arrive in separate packages. Your order may also include separate shipping charges because the products are being shipped from different locations.

Shipping

Orders shipped directly by Curiosity Untamed are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Redding, California. Packages weighing less than 16 ounces are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, while packages weighing 16 ounces or more are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping time is in addition to the processing time described above. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your items to allow time for both production and shipping.

Curiosity Untamed does not offer overnight or express shipping. If you need an order by a particular date, please include the date in your order notes and email kerry@curiosityuntamed.com. We will always do our best to get your order to you in time, but rush requests and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada

Curiosity Untamed currently ships outside the United States only to Canada. We do not ship to any other international destinations.

Shipping charges to Canada shown at checkout are estimates. Once an order has been processed, packed, and weighed, the actual shipping cost can be determined. If you have overpaid for shipping, the difference will be refunded. If the actual shipping cost is higher than the amount paid, we will contact you for the additional amount before your order is shipped.

Curiosity Untamed does not collect or pay Canadian GST/HST, customs duties, tariffs, import fees, or other charges that may be assessed when your order enters Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any such charges.

Delivery times to Canada vary depending on the destination and customs processing, so delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
