Order Processing
All badges are made to order. Processing time varies depending on the time of year and the number of orders we get at any one time. Most badge orders can be made and processed within one week. During busy seasons this time may be extended. We recommend ordering badges a minimum of 3 weeks prior to when you need them just in case. Usually orders are received much more quickly, but we cannot guarantee it. If you need an order by a specific date, please make sure to put a note on the order and email kerry@curiosityuntamed.com so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
All branded apparel and gift items are made to order through Printful and drop shipped. Most orders will be received within 2 weeks, but we recommend allowing 3 weeks for delivery just in case. We have no control over when Printful ships your item so there is no rush shipping available and returns and exchanges are not allowed.
While we do our best to keep adequate stock on hand for vests, accessories and awards, there are occasions when items must be backordered. If this occurs, it will usually delay that portion of the order by roughly 2-3 weeks depending on the item.
Shipping
We ship all packages via United States Postal Service. Packages weighing less than 16oz are shipped via first class mail from Redding, CA. First Class mail takes an average of 7-10 days to reach the east coast. Packages over 16oz are shipped via USPS Priority Mail adn will usually arrive in 2-3 days.
All branded apparel and gift items are made to order and shipped by Printful. Shipping costs for these items is set by Printful and not Curiosity Untamed LLC. If you purchased items that we ship in house as well as apparel or gifts that ship from Printful, you will see an additional shipping cost on your order total reflecting two separate shipments from two different warehouses.
If an item is backordered, customers have the choice of shipping what is available and having the backordered items shipped separately when it arrives, or to wait and ship their order complete.
We do not, under any circumstances, ship via overnight or express.
International Shipping
We do our best to estimate international shipping charges, but these shipping fees are subject to change. Once the order is processed and weighed, we will know the final shipping charges. If a customer has over paid, a refund for the excess shipping will be processed. If a customer has underpaid, they will be billed for the remainder of the shipping cost before the order is shipped. We do NOT collect VAT or other tarriffs for international shipping. International customers are required to pay all VAT, GST, tarrifs and duties to their appropriate government entity.
